Residential & Commercial Inspections
Pro-Spect does not provide on-site inspection reports. We feel it is impossible to complete a thorough inspection with a detailed inspection report on-site. Pro-Spect provides the report the night of or the morning after the inspection via email (or hardcopy if needed).
Pro-Spect takes great pride in our report writing abilities. All of our findings are meticulously documented including general comments of the inspected property, deficiencies noted during the inspection, and numerous digital photographs so that the client can see exactly what we see.
We strongly encourage all of our clients to be present during the inspection. We will point out any issues and explain them to you. Plus, we will explain maintenance items needed to keep the house in peak condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your property, and how to maintain them.
